字节出手，Flux换脸插件来了！

在AI绘画和视频生成这个领域，有几个国内巨头手握的底牌，让海外公司都得侧目。字节、腾讯、小红书、快手……它们拥有的真实影音图片资源量，放眼全球也找不到几家能打的。尤其是字节，因为TikTok的关系，还捏着大量海外素材。对AI来说，这些资源就是训练的金矿，能喂出极其强悍的模型。

这几家在开源方面的贡献也有目共睹——各种开发工具、插件、大模型轮番往外掏。最近Flux火得一塌糊涂，字节这边率先出手了（其实小红书也发了一个，效果不错但太吃显存，普通玩家跑不动），推出了基于Flux的PuLID换脸插件。在SDXL时代，PuLID的效果只能说差强人意，但到了Flux时代，它居然脱胎换骨了——小姐姐看了直呼满意。

一、插件安装与模型下载

GitHub地址：https://github.com/balazik/ComfyUI-PuLID-Flux

安装方式一：在ComfyUI界面点击管理器，选择“通过Git URL安装”，粘贴上述地址即可。

安装方式二：在秋叶启动器的“版本–安装新扩展”输入框里粘贴地址，然后点击安装（注意：需要先停止启动器运行）。

安装完成后重启启动器，插件就正式就位了。

二、节点介绍

尽量选面部清晰、正面的图片，效果最好。

选择 pulid_flux_v0.9.0.safetensors，其余节点保持默认设置即可。

按默认配置，选择你需要的Flux模型。这个工作流支持两个LoRa，如果不需要可以删掉一个或两个，非常灵活。

本工作流内置了宽高比节点，省去了手动输入的麻烦，直接选择即可，相当实用。

三、跑图实测

我们拿墨幽的网红Flux模型做了测试，出来的图带上了浓浓的网红风（但不得不说，小姐姐们确实喜欢这种调调）。

提示词如下：

整个流程走下来，效果相当稳定，换脸的自然度和细节保留都超出了预期。字节这次出手，确实给Flux生态添了一把好火。
